Delcom considers all personal information collected as confidential and private. Delcom collects visitors and buyer's information for processing orders and for internal marketing and statistical purposes only. Financial information, such as credit card information is deleted after order is processed.

All customers will be sent an e-mail confirming the receipt of their order when the order is processed. Receipt will include final cost, including actual shipping cost and applicably taxes where required. Credit card orders are charged when order is shipped.

Shipping charges are determined by the shipping carrier and are based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s), destination and the method of shipment selected. Shipping charges calculated on this website are estimated. The amount of the actual shipping cost incurded will be emailed to the buyer when the order is processed. A $5 handling charge is added to your order if the subtotal is less than $25. International orders (excluding Canada) will have a $6.00 processing fee added to your order. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Orders received after 3:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Delcom offers a 30-day return and refund policy on all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, simply fill out the Return Merchandise Form, and return the merchandise with this form within 30 days of the purchase date. This return and refund policy becomes null and void if the merchandise has been subject to abuse, damage or accidentally; installed, connected or adjusted contrary to reasonable and customary use. The returnable merchandise must be in new factory condition. This policy becomes null and void if the merchandise is damaged due to buyers inappropriate packing and shipping. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer and must be prepaid. No returns can be accepted on customized merchandise.

Delcom warrants its products to be free from malfunctions and defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Products returned to Delcom that have been subject to abuse, misuse, damage or accident connected or adjusted contrary to reasonable and customary use or repaired by unauthorized personnel will not be covered by this warranty. Warranty becomes null and void if the returnee fails to pack and ship the product in a reasonable manner, whereby causing damage to the product. Delcom reserves the right to discontinue; change specifications, design and price at any time without notice and without incurring any obligation whatsoever. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for damage and/or bodily injury, which may result from the use or misuse of this device by the purchaser, his employees or agents. Delcom shall not be liable in any way for consequential damages resulting from use of there products.

Delcom's Products are not authorized for use in life support devices and/or systems without the express written approval of Delcom.

All legal matters shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
